Simple Order Instructions
LSS Simple Order®
LSS Simple Order allows you to order, view invoices, check status and more! Our Corporate Management Program allows you to set budgets, analyze purchase history by location and much more! They are easy to use and available to all Lansing Sanitary Supply customers..

Requirements:
PC with Windows 98, Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 or later, Windows NT or Windows XP. An active internet connection.

 

Use the links below to download the Simple Order Installer to your computer. You have two options for installation.


CorpInstall
(for managing budgets, etc.)

CustInstall
(for ordering)


Once the Installer is downloaded, double-click the icon to begin the installation. Under the "Install" tab, the software will ask you to press a button to detect for an active internet connection. If an active connection exists, you will be asked to proceed by pressing the "Install Customer Service Module" button. You must enter the Company Code at this point. Our company code is LANSING. A notification window will appear, letting you know the installation was successful.

Next, double-click the icon on your desktop indicating the program (either "Cust.exe" or "Corp.exe"). You will be asked for a username and password to enter the program (please see FAQs below on how to obtain a username and password). If you require further assistance, please call 800-632-6333.

Simple Order FAQs

What are the minimum requirements my computer needs to meet to install Simple Order?
You must have a PC running Windows 98, Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4 or later, Windows NT, or Windows XP along with an active internet connection to download, install and run Simple Order.

How do I obtain username and password information?
Please contact Erik Swanson at 517-487-3362 ext.3020 or email him at to obtain a username and password.

I have installed the program, but it is not showing up on my desktop. Where did it go?
If you have installed the software and the application icon did not show up on your desktop, try installing the software again by double-clicking on the Installer icon. If you have made two attempts and are still unsuccessful, please feel free to contact us at 800-632-6333.

I am still having difficulties with the software. How can I get help?
